JAMMIN'S VOTE & WIN SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, directors, and officers of SiTV Inc. ("Sponsor"), JAAM Productions LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants (and, if minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. An eligible minor should have his/her parent´s or legal guardian´s permission to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on December 6, 2007 and 11:59 p.m. PT on January 3, 2008 (the "Entry Period"), visit jammin.sitv.com and register by completing the online registration form with all required information (first name, last name, e-mail address, date of birth, and password) and submitting as instructed therein. When you return to the site after your initial registration, you will not need to register again, but you will need to log-in, view the featured bands on the website, and vote for your favorite(s). Registered users who vote will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes upon voting. All votes/entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on January 3, 2008 to be eligible. Entrants must complete all required information on the registration form to be eligible. Limit one (1) registration per person and per e-mail address; if it is discovered that you have registered or attempted to register more than ONCE, all of your entries and/or votes will be void, and any prize you might have been entitled to will be forfeited. Vote for as many bands as you would like during the Entry Period; however, there is a limit of one (1) entry per day, per person and per email address, regardless of how many bands you vote for on that day. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per day for the duration of the Entry Period. Entries or votes generated by script, macro or other automated means or any other means intended to impact the integrity of the voting process as determined by Sponsor are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about January 15, 2008 from all eligible entries received by an independent judging agency. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner is not in compliance with these rules or Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor´s discretion, an alternate winner selected. If the winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $500 Apple® Store gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $500. Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor´s sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled votes, entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of votes and/or entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated votes and/or entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor´s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians), by participating, agree that Sponsor, JAAM Productions LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and website providers/web masters, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Winner (and, if an eligible minor, his/her parent or legal guardian), by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. "Authorized account subscriber" is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
